The Village Square is close to the entrance gates to the village. It is an attractive landscaped area with tables, chairs and a barbecue area. The reception lounge and some of the indoor facilities overlook the village square.

The reception lounge looks on to the village square. Here can be found the village notice board; detailed information on things to do and see in Aberdovey, Snowdonia and beyond; also a pay telephone; a selection of childrens games and toys can be borrowed from here.

The village office is off the reception lounge and the resident managers will generally be there to assist guests between 9am and 5pm each day. Outside these times there is an intercom to their home on which they can be contacted for any matter requiring urgent attention and on arrival and departure of guests. Various local services can be arranged for guests, for example : - Restaurant Reservation, Baby Sitters, Hairdressers, Rounds of Golf, Water Sports, Pony Trekking.

The games room opens onto the village square and includes table tennis and pool table.
TV is available in every property with free to air digital boxes in some of the larger properties.

The launderette includes 3 washing machines and dryers which are coin operated.

The outside children's play area is discreetly located, screened and set into the landscaped hillside.

Services and facilities for small children. Careful consideration has been given to the needs of parents with small children. And facilities include the hire of cots and high chairs as well as stair gates, play pens.

There is ample car parking within the village grounds.

Newspapers can be ordered from the local newsagent.

A housekeeping service is available and charged on an hourly basis.

Collection from Aberdovey Railway Station. The managers are pleased to arrange a taxi for collection from Aberdoveys railway station.

Dogs are welcome at the village. There are extensive grounds within which your dogs can safely run free, however dogs are not allowed to wander off their leads in the village itself.

Eight of the twenty two properties are suitable for those with restricted mobility in that they are all on one level and accessible without climbing any steps.
