This cottage is on one level with an open plan living space with cathedral ceilings giving a spacious yet intimate feel and has delightful views over the sea and estuary.

Large comfortable settees and chairs have been fitted. There are two bedrooms one double-bedded the other twin bedded.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower and enjoys a side terrace and sheltered balcony.

Mor-a-wel has a glass paneled conservatory which is perfect to relax in and take in the wonderful views.

These split level apartments are especially spacious to ensure an enjoyable holiday. The L shaped lounge/diner and adjoining kitchen makes holiday catering a pleasure. The lounge with its comfortable large suite leads directly out onto the large south facing terrace which enjoys extensive views over Cardigan bay, the Dovey estuary and hills beyond.

The double bedroom shares the same delightful views and has its own separate access directly onto the south facing terrace. The second bedroom with twin beds is on the upper level together with the bathroom and a separate toilet.

Kittiwake and Osprey benefit from an additional side access; Osprey also has the use of large side terrace.

Kittiwake has its own car parking space close by.

These apartments are ideal for couples or small families with their enchanting split-level design giving exceptional views to the south across the Dovey estuary and the hills beyond.

They are light and airy with large picture windows leading onto the sheltered south balcony.

The double bedded room is to the rear of the property while the two single beds are in an alcove off the dining area. Fulmar has an additional single bed in a gallery area above the dining area.

The fully fitted kitchens give the impression of being on a ships bridge, overlooking the lounge and dining area, through to the panoramic views beyond.

Comfortable suites have been fitted to compliment the L shaped lounge area.

Kestral and Fulmar both have a double bedded room overlooking the estuary and hills beyond. Heron and Curlew also have a double bedded room looking onto the hillside.

There are two single lounge beds in the alcove off the living area which also forms and extension to the living room itself.

Seal and Walrus are on the ground floor looking onto a south facing terrace. They are ideal for couples with families with one or two young children. They have a living/dining/kitchen area with the main bedroom having a double bed. The second bedroom contains bunk beds in Walrus and a single bed in Seal. In addition Seal has a single bed in the large dressing room.

Otter : Manatee

Manatee and Otter are of a similar design and layout to Dolphin and Porpoise (which sleep 6) but without the sleeping balcony. Manatee has the added advantage of a large sunny side patio and well sheltered south facing balcony.

The bathroom arrangements are all as for the Dolphin and Porpoise and these units also enjoy leather suites. Similarly these properties also have a dishwasher and freezer. Both of these properties are suitable for people with limited mobility as they have no steps.
