These uniquely designed houses take full advantage of the magnificent views to the South, East and West of the Dovey Estuary, the hills beyond and Cardigan Bay.
The spacious living areas are on the upper level and open up into a superb pine cathedral ceiling.

The split level lounge/dining room has a full width picture window opening directly onto the large south facing balcony. The kitchen is situated adjacent to the dining area and is very well equipped with a quality oak kitchen complete with fan oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The elevated position of the kitchen overlooks the lounge to views beyond. The lounge has seating for eight people on high quality leather suites. On the lower level there are four bedrooms (one ensuite with bath), one double bedded room and one twin bedded room facing south with views over the bay.

A second twin bedded room can be found facing the hills with the fourth bedroom having 3'0" bunk beds. The Eastward has access out on to the huge side terrace area which has superb views over the estuary and is ideal for alfresco dining. Eastward and Westward both have warm air heating.
