Its comfortable design and breath-taking views make it perfect for couples, particularly with a young family. SEAL sleeps 4 across 3 bedrooms with a south facing terrace. It is all on one level.
Seal is also frequently booked as part of a multi-party booking with other properties at Hillside Village. An example of this is with Manatee, with Grandparents staying in Seal and their children and grandchildren in Manatee. Manatee’s terrace is a great place for bringing a family group together for meals, Manatee’s dining table can seat six comfortably too.

SEAL is particularly suitable for those looking for a property that is accessible for those with limited mobility. All rooms are on a single level. Access is at Ground Floor level, there is a level threshold through the patio windows on to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and bath seats can be provided if required, as with a raised toilet seat. The access from where a car can park to drop off, is via a level path navigable by a wheelchair, just over 4 metres from the front door.
SEAL’s terrace is a great place to sit and relax and soak in the amazing, ever-changing, south facing sea views of the Dyfi (Dovey) estuary, hills, mountains, Cardigan Bay and beyond. Check out our WEBCAM page, it is set up to pan from East through South to the West and back again 24/7.

SEAL's living area is open plan, the lounge is at its southern end and provides access to its south facing terrace the kitchen and dining areas are set further back and still enjoy views over the estuary. It has a leather sofa and armchair. There is a TV with digital Freeview with a DVD player. Hillside Village has a library of DVDs as well as books for guests to borrow. The Dining table seats 3 comfortably. The is space for a highchair round the table too.
The kitchen is situated adjacent to the dining area. It has the following appliances Fridge/Freezer, Electric fan oven/hob and microwave. There is plenty of storage space and kitchen equipment with matching utensils for 5.
SEAL has three bedrooms sleeping 4 as follows:
Bedroom 1 - A spacious double with bed side tables in the dressing room there is a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers and space for a cot.
Bedroom 2 - A small single bedroom off the bedroom 1, with chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe perfect for young children.
Bedroom 3 - A small room off the living area with a single bed and chest of drawers.
SEAL’s Family Bathroom has a shower over the bath, refer below for accessibility features, the bathroom is accessed via Bedroom 1. We are looking to manage the energy cost for 2023 better in Seal and the bath may be replaced with a shower as a consequence.
ACCESS AND PARKING
SEAL’s parking is in the Guest Car Park, one parking space is allocated to Seal, additional parking spaces subject to availability. The property is all on one level and accessible for those with limited mobility. There are grab rails in bathroom, a bath seat and raised toilet seat can be provided on request. The access to is via a short level path from a car drop-off point.

Generally in respect of all our properties the lounges are comfortably furnished with settees and armchairs, coffee tables and TV with free-to-air digital. Beds are made up prior to arrival, with pillows, duvets and all bed linen (no bath or hand towels are provided). Whether properties have more than one bath / shower room and its content is specified for each property on their page. All kitchens are equipped with electric or gas hobs & ovens, microwave ovens, toasters, automatic kettles, refrigerator, most have separate freezers and a comprehensive range of cooking utensils. All utility costs are inclusive. Washing machines and dryers are in the guest laundrette off the Terrace Lounge.
Wi-Fi and Smart TVs - We know that being able to connect to the outside world is part of life today and particularly important for families to have a Wi-Fi network they can connect to for their children. We are pleased to say that with a combination of our Superfast Broadband network and recently installed EE 5G hubs connected to a 5G transmitter in line of sight across the estuary, through our Wi-Fi numerous access points you can get a good service. We are in the process of making all our TV's, Smart TVs we will update the individual property pages with specific details. In addition to EE having a 5G service, all the other networks provide good 4G indoor and outside service to us.
We have several properties that are accessible for those with restricted mobility, and can provide shower or bath seats. For young families cots and high chairs are available. It is a wonderful place for just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet and the ever-changing views.
