We are dog friendly, Dogs are very welcome, most of the properties have an enclosed terrace or balcony. Many of our regulars take more than one property at a time, so they can bring extended families together in one place. Enjoy your viewing, we look forward to seeing how we can help you.

Cottage style property - open plan lounge, dining/kitchen, with bathroom with shower over bath - gated balcony/terrace with fine views south & westward over Aberdovey & beyond

Spacious apartment - Mezzanine (bedroom 3) above lounge /dining/kitchen open plan space, large balcony, bedroom 1 with great views too! Bedroom 2 two single divans can be super king double bed; shower and bath rooms. Accessed via ramped access and own external staircase.

Spacious ground floor apartment; Open plan living area - large gated south facing terrace - Bedroom 1 standard double; Bedroom 2 two single divan can be super king double bed; bedroom 3 twin beds. Shower room with walk-in shower and bathroom.

Cottage style property - open plan lounge, dining/kitchen, sun room; with a covered balcony and gated side terrace. Bedroom 1 double bed, Bedroom 2 twin; bathroom - with shower over bath.Access at Ground Level

Smaller ground floor apartment; shower room off Bedroom 1, suited for couples, young families.

About our properties
Generally in respect of all our properties the lounges are comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs, coffee tables and TV with free-to-air digital. Beds are made up prior to arrival, with pillows, duvets and all bed linen (no bath or hand towels are provided). Whether properties have more than one bath / shower room and its content is specified for each property on their page. All kitchens are equipped with electric or gas hobs & ovens, microwave ovens, toasters, automatic kettles, refrigerator, most have separate freezers and a comprehensive range of cooking utensils. All utility costs are inclusive. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are in the guest laundrette off the Terrace Lounge.

WI-FI AND SMART TVs
We know that being able to connect to the outside world is part of life today and particularly important for families to have a Wi-Fi network they can connect to for their children. We are pleased to say that with a combination of our Superfast Broadband transmitted through numerous access points and our Three and EE hubs connected to a 5G transmitter in line of sight across the estuary we have this covered. All our properties have Smart TVs. All mobile networks provide good 4G or 5G indoor and outdoor service to us.

We have several properties that are accessible for those with restricted mobility, and can provide shower or bath seats and raised toilet seats. For young families cots and high chairs are available. It is a wonderful place for just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet and the ever-changing views.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do all Aberdovey Hillside Village Properties have sea views?
All of our properties whether they be holiday cottages or apartments have sea views from their lounge and dining areas and most properties have sea views from at least one bedroom, all properties has a balcony or terraces which also have sea views. Our properties have been designed to make the most of our amazing views. The sea views are panoramic from East to West through South which can be seen by viewing our Webcams on our WEBCAMS page.
Is there parking for guests at Aberdovey Hillside Village?
There is parking provided for guests staying in all the properties at Aberdovey Hillside Village, at least one parking space is included as standard, the larger properties two parking spaces, if additional parking spaces are required they are subject to availability. We ask guests to advise us of how many parking spaces they need prior to arrival, to help ensure all needs are met. We provide parking permits on arrival, so guests have a specific parking space or spaces for the time of their stay. We tuck parking away in the Guest Parking area so cars do not intrude into the views from our cottages and apartments or their balconies and/or terraces helping to enhance the peaceful setting of Aberdovey Hillside Village. Refer to the website page of each property for details of specific parking arrangements.
When can guests have access to their holiday cottage or apartment on arrival day at Aberdovey Hillside Village?
The official arrival time is 4pm, however, we liaise with our guest prior to arrival by email or phone, to establish when they would like to arrive, so that we can if possible let them in earlier by scheduling when properties are prepared. If a guest wishes to arrive earlier than 4pm and the property is not ready for them, then they can park in the dedicated parking space(s) allocated to them and go for a walk to the beach, shops etc while we finish getting the property ready. Likewise if the guests are going to be arriving after 4pm, we need to know so we can plan to receive them. All guests are welcomed personally by us and shown to the property property they will be staying in by one of the Aberdovey Hillside Village Team.
What is included in Aberdovey Hillside Village Properties?
Our Properties have from 2- 4 bedrooms some are cottages, some apartments, they all are a little different and vary in size significantly, refer to each property's website page for details, also prior to arrival we email the principal guest of the property a digital welcome pack which includes a full schedule of its contents, so that they can plan what to bring with them. All our properties are fully heated either by gas or electricity. We ask guest to work with us to recycle, containers are provided in each property, that need to be emptied at the central recycling point, All our properties are comfortable and practical furnishings, all properties have outside furniture for the balconies/terraces. Tea towels bath/shower mats are provided, hand and bath towels are not, though as set out in the welcome pack, we provide cleaning equipment and starters on numerous disposable items such as dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, recycling/bin bags etc. We have one of the Team at Aberdovey Hillside Village 24/7, we appreciate that some of our guests are new to staying with us and may need help getting familiar with an appliance etc. . which is one of the things that make staying with us special is that we are at hand to help.
Does Aberdovey Hillside Village have accessible properties for those with limited mobility?
Yes Aberdovey Hillside Village does have several properties that are limited mobility friendly and have mobility aids for guests to request when booking; also at least one of the Aberdovey Hillside Village Team is at hand 24/7 which is very reassuring for those with limited mobility. There is a limited mobility properties. Check it out for more information. We ask guests if they have a limited mobility requirement to call us before booking.
Does Aberdovey Hillside Village accept dogs?
Aberdovey Hillside Village very much welcomes dogs, dogs receive a personal welcome including receiving their own welcome packs. Most of our properties have enclosed gardens or outside spaces. Up to three dogs can stay depending on the property. Check out our DOGS page on our website for details.
