Ever-changing views

INSERTALTTEXTAll Aberdovey Hillside Village’s properties have an exceptional southerly outlook overlooking the Dovey estuary. The elevated position gives panoramic ever-changing views of the estuary, with its boating activity and rippling golden sands, as the tide goes in and out.  The Cambrian Mountains and Cardigan Bay lie beyond, with the whole of the coastline of the bay visible most days.

Peaceful and friendly atmosphere

INSERTALTTEXTGuests comment on the peace and quiet of Aberdovey Hillside Village; often it is only the breaking of surf on the Dovey bar or birdsong that can be heard.

The friendly atmosphere is very noticeable – guests enjoy chatting with other guests (and staff!) and children look forward to reuniting with friends they have made on previous visits.

Special micro-climate

INSERTALTTEXTRegular guests have come to appreciate the special micro-climate, invariably finding the weather better than forecast.  Guests comment on seeing blue sky and sunshine over the estuary, while clouds stay on the hills and mountains around. When daylight hours grow shorter and the sun is lower in the sky, reflected sunlight off the Dovey estuary enhances the direct sunlight, helping to make the experience of sitting on an Aberdovey Hillside Village balcony or terrace a year round pleasure.
